Awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2017, CIAK – All Day Italian (Taikoo) offers refined Italian comfort food in a warm and vibrant trattoria-inspired setting. Embracing the essence of Italian hospitality, CIAK serves as a round-the-clock destination for a quick midday bite, afterwork aperitivo, a leisurely dinner or long weekend brunch. Choose from a selection of signature wood-fired pizzas, homemade pastas and charcoal-grilled meat and seafood dishes, available for all-day dining and take-away.

Edmund Li

A devoted student of the culinary arts, Chef Li harbors a deep appreciation for different cuisines and cultures, and is well-regarded in the industry for his humble attitude and strong work ethic. Having amassed extensive experience across fine dining, casual cafes and banquet catering, Chef Li believes that the key to success is having an open-minded attitude and a continued willingness to learn.
